Your surgeon may refer you Physiotherapy before your scheduled surgery. The purpose of pre-surgical physical treatment will vary. At a minimum, your therapist will discuss your post-surgical precautions and restrictions.

Our goal during your post-surgical rehabilitation is to return you to your prior level of physical function, which includes a successful return to work and recreational activities.

Our Physiotherapists provide one-on-one treatment sessions to monitor your progress closely and will advance you according to your response as well as your surgeon’s recommendations. We maintain regular communication with your surgeon to ensure your progress matches the rate of tissue healing so that your recovery is optimal.
